The aroma is subdued and the mouthfeel is light, but soon the pungency of alcohol is felt. The aftertaste is refreshing.

Junmai-shu, domestic rice 60%, 15%.
Just the right amount of dryness with a touch of astringency. It is easy to drink with a moderate aroma and sweet aftertaste.
I finally feel like I'm taking a break from work; I'll leave it to the youngsters for a couple of weeks or so.
So we had a small launch.
We had a drink with a cool name that I've never had before.
It's a nice and gorgeous sake. It has a refreshing taste.
It is well-balanced and goes well with white sashimi.
It is made by Ito Sake Brewery in Fukui, isn't it? I'll keep that in mind.
There were some young people there, so we went to the restaurant I introduced to Choroki in Ikebukuro.
Next time we get together in Tokyo, maybe we can go here. I don't have a Nomiho, though.
Hi Nochi 😃
Thanks for taking a break from your work 😊It's tough to delegate 😅I hope it goes well 😌.
Tokyo is a bunch of drinkers so it will be hard without Nomiho 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby, I said something cool about leaving it up to you, but maybe I'm throwing it all in your face 😆.
I'm not saying who the drinkers are, but there are one or two.
The first Koshinotaka.
The sake rice is said to be Gohyakumangoku.
When I went shopping,
I saw two bottles of the same Koshinotaka sake in a line
I was attracted by the label
I was attracted by the label and took this one home.
It is better to drink it at room temperature
it is better to drink it a little closer to room temperature
the flavor will be more spread.
At a barbecue in GW,
I enjoyed it with yakitori and skewers
I enjoyed it with grilled chicken and skewers at a GW barbecue.
Purchase price ¥1815(720ml)
This is the first Koshinotaka.
It seems to be a summer sake, but perhaps because it was bottled about a year ago, it has a slight sense of maturity and a rather robust flavor. It was served cold, but I think it is better served at room temperature or warmed.
It's been a while since we had a lunchtime drink as a couple 🥂.
They had sake on tap, so we had some after our beer 🍶.
The sake was at room temperature, so although it was dry, we could taste the umami of the rice.
It was at room temperature, so although it was dry, the flavor of the rice was very good.
It was a treat 😋.
Good evening, brother Maru. I'm interested in the Koshinotaka (Echigo-Taka) that is placed with the dishes that don't seem to be paired with Sake. The owner's selection is very astringent 😊.
Hi Maru 😃
I like the lunchtime drink with you and your wife 🤗It sounds like a delicious western food 🍝and champagne 🍾 would go well together 😋It's interesting to match a dry sake 🍶 to it 😊Thanks for the reference!
Good morning, Maru-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I envy you and your wife for having a lunchtime drink 😁.
I didn't expect Fukui "Echino Taka" to be placed in the stylish food and atmosphere of the restaurant 😲.
It seems to go well with the flavor of meat dishes 😋.
Hi Yasbay 😊.
It's been a really long time since we had a weekday lunch as a couple and it was fun 🤩.
My wife enjoyed a keg of sparkling wine and I enjoyed a glass of dry sake👍
Hi Jay & Nobby 😊
I found a slogan for my life that was posted in some store 🤣 "A life where you can drink from noon onwards".
Sake goes with everything, doesn't it? What? No? 🤣
Hi Gyve 😊.
I had never heard of Koshinotaka, but when I was choosing a sake, I saw Gyve👓's face, so I decided to go with this one!
As you said, I think it went best with meat dishes 🙌
