Sour and bitter to gently sweet on the palate. The aftertaste is clean, with a hint of sweetness and acidity. Good sharpness. The overall impression is light. Easy to drink. Very tasty.
I'm glad I didn't drink enough and impulsively went out to buy some.

The mannequin who helped me was a mannequin, so I quickly tasted the sake.
◉Izumihashi Akitombo Raku-fu-mai Junmai Ginjo
An easy-drinking dry sake. It has a nice acidity, umami, and a sharp dryness.
◉Izumihashi Akitombo Yamadanishiki Junmai Sake Kimoto
Clear, lactic acidity to quite gutsy and spicy.
◉Izumihashi Akitombo Omachi Junmai Sake Kimoto
This one is also generally clear. The acidity is refreshing.
I'm familiar with Izumihashi because I often see it and the label is cute and playful, but this may be the first time I've had it.
I guess it is more refreshing than I imagined.

It's a bit cloudy with some sediment, but not too sweet.
Not too sweet and refreshing.
