ペンギンブルー
Osaka sake, I have hardly ever had it.
Hard on the palate.
For a moment, you can smell the smell of cooked rice, but it is hard and sharp.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste a little bit of butterbur-like flavor.
There is a hint of syrupy sweetness, but not much umami.
The alcohol comes in sharply when swallowed.
It gives the impression of old-fashioned sake, like something from a countryside izakaya (Japanese-style pub).
I don't like it.
