For the sake rating of +8 (+8) and super dry, the acidity is a bit low, which made it easy for me to drink. I got a sense of concentration in both aroma and taste, which is the essence of this sake. The acidity is not known, but it is probably not high. I think the low acidity accentuates the sense of condensation.
