For the sake rating of +8 (+8) and super dry, the acidity is a bit low, which made it easy for me to drink. I got a sense of concentration in both aroma and taste, which is the essence of this sake. The acidity is not known, but it is probably not high. I think the low acidity accentuates the sense of condensation.

グラ半年ほど前に飲んだものの新作。
まろやかな飲み口でフルーティさと米の旨味感がとてもバランスよく飲みやすい。知名度は低いかもしれないが、とてもおすすめです。
グラコスパ抜群。
フレッシュかつまろやかな感じで美味しい。
最後に少しクセがあるが、個人的には気にならないレベル。比翼鶴はほんとにオススメ。
グラ名の通り辛口。
とってもスッキリ。ながら少しフルーティ感あり飲みやすい。最後に米の旨味がじわじわと。1000円以下の値段。とてもコスパ良い。
しーさん純米らしくどっしりした味わい。

クセがあるといえば、クセがあるのですが、昭和の日本酒。

フルーティな香りが際立ち、スッキリ飲めて美味。フルーティながら、日本酒らしい芳醇さもあり。
グラ酸味から始まり、甘く抜けていく。
フルーティさを感じ、気に入りました。
甘めが好きな方にオススメ。
