This is a pure rice sake. It has a solid rice flavor.
The aroma is a little pungent, which I don't like, but I think it's a good sake. I enjoyed it today with cod and eggplant stewed in tomatoes.

A series of cup sake from Ehime. It is mellow and mild, with a soft and pleasant aroma, and the flavor slowly flows away. It is easy to drink, and before we knew it, it was gone. It is a good sake.

It has an alcohol content of 19-20 degrees, and the strength of the mukomizu is good.
However, I prefer to drink it on the rocks.
