March 28, 2018 Drinking at home for the evening. Stylish from a local brewery. The label's new brand of I bought it because it was on sale. It's a unique unfiltered raw sake. In the midst of the freshness. You can feel the taste of gentle rice. A local Maytagale flounder, a Delicious with Japanese halfbeak I got it.

精米歩合65％ 製造年月2020/01 アルコール分15％ 好み7/10 香りが華やかで口のなかにふわっと広がる感じ。 甘めだが、割りとしっかり味がするので飲みごたえがあってgood! 普段飲みの好みとしては、もう少し後味の残る濃い味が好きだが、お花見で飲むと爽やかで旨いと思う。
