精米歩合65％製造年月2020/01 アルコール分15％好み7/10 香りが華やかで口のなかにふわっと広がる感じ。甘めだが、割りとしっかり味がするので飲みごたえがあってgood! 普段飲みの好みとしては、もう少し後味の残る濃い味が好きだが、お花見で飲むと爽やかで旨いと思う。

透明に近い仄かな黄色、上立ち香は、アミノ酸香、煎った豆、味わいは、水的で、ほのかに糊的なドライさ、アミノ酸の風味をほのかにさせて後はほんのりとした苦味、後は潔く切れるかと思いきや、あとに、仄かな苦味。愛媛は淡麗なのも多い気がする。
