Rice used: 100% Hitomebore produced in Fukushima Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15 Toji: Mr. Tomoya Kanno This sake uses "Yume-no-Ko" rice and yeast originally developed by Fukushima Prefecture for sake brewing, and is made with the Fukushima brand. I chose this sake expecting sweetness, but I did not feel much sweetness!
