@水橋Sasaki Shuzo Junmai Ginjo Kyo-Seikyu 720ml
Alcohol percentage: 15
Rice polishing ratio: 60
We received this sake as a gift from Kyoto last year.
Cold days continue. We first had it cold. The rest of the time it was served lukewarm.
It is said to have a mild flavor, but it is a traditional flavor. I like it lukewarm to slightly cooled. HaaaaaMCalm and pleasant taste
Mouth-watering type that brings out the full flavor of the ingredients
This sake fits this description perfectly, a refreshing sake that does not interfere with the taste of oden. It is easy to drink and not too tart.
It may be my favorite sake from Kyoto. MaxieClear but a little sweet. 4/5 for personal preference. ざっこAromatic, soft ginjo-shu with the best of the ingredients, made with "Celebration," a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Kyoto, and "Kyo no Koto," a Kyoto ginjo yeast, and brewed with "Ginmeisui," a famous water used in the tea ceremony by Sen no Rikyu.
The label is made of handmade Japanese paper by craftsmen in Kyoto. るーかすIt was spicy and soooo good!
Thank you, Mr. Otani! kabosu_ponDuring a trip to Tokyo the other month, a monk friend of mine asked me to buy a bottle of Sasaki Shuzo sake, and since I was on vacation, I bought it at Isetan in Kyoto Station on my way home.
One bottle was a gift to the monk.
I heard it is the family home of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki.
^_^ 申 梨奈Purchased at Yaichi in Kyoto. Taste unique, long aftertaste. Maybe not my favorite. Natsu★7

Drink at home. The taste is clean and mild. It is not sharp and elegant. It is the best sake for delicate dishes. Very delicious.
It is the only sake brewery left in Rakuchu.
It is the only sake brewery left in Rakuchu, and as you know, it is the family home of Kuranosuke Sasaki. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
