#Drinking at home
The sake has both the flamboyance of a ginjo and the sweet and sour freshness of a nama-shu, but both are understated and fresh.
The good thing about Kaygetsu is that it does not go too far and does not have a harsh aftertaste, which is not typical of Kochi sake.
It is a little too flamboyant to be called "mildly umaguchi," but it can be easily paired with any dish except sashimi.
Kaygetsu is really good!

Happy New Year 🎉
We received "Kaygetsu" from Kochi.
Almost perfect score.
It has a great balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity. It has a strong sweetness, but it goes down your throat cleanly.
We had it with sukiyaki today.
How about you?
Happy New Year 🎍🙇Happy New Year to you too 🙇Almost full of Katsuragi and Sukiyaki is the best New Year 🎵I'm also in trouble due to my New Year drinking and eating 😅Let's enjoy drinking activities this year too 🤗.
Happy New Year, ma-ki-chan! Thank you for your response.
I drank too much of Kochi's Kaygetsu, which is a very tasty sake including its cost performance. I drank too much. We drink too much during the year-end and New Year holidays 😁.
Let's keep up the sake life this year.
Very pretty rabel. The aroma and taste are both quite advanced!
The label says - Junmai Daiginjo-shu made from 100% Gin-no-Yume or Yamadanishiki rice suitable for sake brewing and carefully brewed with Kochi yeast CEL24. Please drink it chilled.
