. If you think the denim label is unusual, the brewery is located in Kojima, Kurashiki City, the birthplace of domestic denim! The inside of the bottle has a slightly sweet, light, and refreshing taste that is easily accepted by young people, just like the label says. They said they use 100% Gin-no-sato from Okayama Prefecture. I bought it out of curiosity (sorry). Opening the bottle was quite pressurized. Piquancy and fresh aroma occurred at the beginning and disappeared with a touch of sourness. disappear with a touch of sourness. It was easy to drink. The denim label is also quite nice.

It has a fresh aroma like a sweet melon. For an unpasteurized sake, it's not very alcoholic, but it's refreshing with a slight fizz. It was my first time to try Gin no Sato sake rice, and it was delicious!
