. If you think the denim label is unusual, the brewery is located in Kojima, Kurashiki City, the birthplace of domestic denim! The inside of the bottle has a slightly sweet, light, and refreshing taste that is easily accepted by young people, just like the label says. This was not just a product that was a front for the bizarre, but a product that was a true test of what was in the bottle.

Rice is used as a gin no sato. Juicy and condensed sweet and umami taste. It has a strong sense of gas. It also has a mineral taste.

It has a fresh aroma of sweet melon. It has a refreshing, slightly fizzy taste to it, rather than a heavy alcohol content, which is quite unusual for a pure sake. This was my first time to try GINOSATO sake rice, but it was delicious! It goes well with dark Camembert cheese.

精米歩合60％ 製造年月2020/03/01 アルコール分16％ 好み6/10 ピリピリと微炭酸が効きつつ、優しい甘さのお酒。 ふわっと抜けていき重みのある部類ではないと思う。 少しクセの強いツマミと合わせた方がバランスが良いかも。 冷酒だと後味が舌に残る時間が長く、少し常温に戻ったころが飲み頃としてgood!!

デニムのラベルが格好いい！さすが倉敷の酒蔵 微発泡の刺激的な口当たりから、ガツンと広がる香り。 味が濃いなめろうと一緒にしたのは、失敗だったかも…(^o^;)
