When I was at the liquor store with my daughter, I was curious and bought it without a second thought. It was quite fruity and easy to drink. The label was made of denim, a specialty of Okayama, and when we finished drinking it, we peeled off the label and presented it to my daughter. I like it 7 points/10 points

It is said to be made from 20% yuzu juice. It is made from sake. No brewing alcohol. It was definitely sour if I drank it as is! I mixed it with soda water 1:1. The alcohol content is said to be 8-9%. A refreshing and easy-to-drink yuzu liqueur. ...It has almost no sake flavor, though. The aroma of yuzu is pleasant. Good after a bath!

They said they use 100% Gin-no-sato from Okayama Prefecture. I bought it out of curiosity (sorry). Opening the bottle was quite pressurized.
