It is said to be made from 20% yuzu juice. It is made from sake. No brewing alcohol. It was definitely sour if I drank it as is! I mixed it with soda water 1:1. The alcohol content is said to be 8-9%. A refreshing and easy-to-drink yuzu liqueur. ...It has almost no sake flavor, though. The aroma of yuzu is pleasant. Good after a bath!

The aroma is soft and sweet. When you drink it, the sweetness is impressive. It tastes delicious. I don't feel much sourness, but the bitterness is there. but the bitterness is strong. It goes well with the sausage I had as a snack. I drank too much. The label looks like denim.

It tastes much better with sausages and other foods with a strong flavor than by itself. When I drank it by itself, it seemed bitter, but was it too hard? When served with chicken stewed in tomatoes, the bitterness disappears completely. When served with a strong-flavored meal, you can't help but drink more and more. I heard it tastes good with tare tsukune and shichimi mayo. I really like the seal design on the cap of this bottle. I feel the spirit of service or wish as a luxury item. The front label is a denim design, which seems to be popular. This brewery's website is so beautiful, and they have so many other fashionable sakes!!!

Jeans drinks Slight aroma, thick attack. Tough and tasty mouthfeel. It goes in smoothly and has a lingering aftertaste. This sake is made in Kojima, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, the town of jeans. The label is also made of jeans. You have to touch it to understand 😁.

They said they use 100% Gin-no-sato from Okayama Prefecture. I bought it out of curiosity (sorry). Opening the bottle was quite pressurized. Piquancy and fresh aroma occurred at the beginning and disappeared with a touch of sourness. disappear with a touch of sourness. It was easy to drink. The denim label is also quite nice.
