Brewed by Kyohime Shuzo in Fushimi, Kyoto
Takumi Junmai Daiginjo, Polishing 40.5%.
My favorite sake from Fushimi, Kyoto.
When you drink it,
The entire mouth is filled with clear water,
As soon as you taste the fruity sweetness
as soon as you taste the fruity sweetness, you will feel a slight bitterness in your throat.
It's quite a nice sake 😆.
As expected of a sake from Fushimi!
Good evening, Mr. FujiFuji!
The package is blue and the sake has a cool atmosphere, perfect for early summer 🍶.
I haven't had Kyoto sake yet, so I will try it next time I see it at the store 😆.

Finally it is dark outside. The party is still going on.
Here is the sake I brought.
I had never had Kyo Hime sake before, so I was glad to have it (probably). It was very refreshing and easy to drink, and even those who had had a moderate amount of alcohol were pouring it, saying it was delicious.
It was the best sake at a reasonable price. I was told that you can buy it very cheaply at Don Quijote.
I washed the glasses when I changed the alcohol and drank water when doing so, so I didn't get drunk that day. People around me are getting drunker and drunker 😆.
Takumi is a Japanese sake from Kyoto.
It is a perfect sake for a mealtime drink, with a gentle mouthfeel and modest assertiveness.
It is not too sweet and not too spicy.
I felt that it is typical of Kyoto.
