Shiga souvenir #2.
About 1,000 yen at Friend's Mart.
I bought it because I couldn't find it in my hometown.
It has a very fruity taste.
It tastes like apples.
It has a sweet taste and is easy to drink.
I bought it at the supermarket, completely forgetting that I had had Daiginjo before.
It was less than 1,000 yen and tasted good even though it was cheap.
I thought it would be sweeter and heavier since it is junmai, but the sweetness was fleeting and the impression was rather refreshing. It is easy to drink.
From the aroma, it has a voluptuous and gorgeous Junmai Ginjo-like aroma. The mouthfeel also has a strong aroma and a robust flavor that runs around in the mouth.
Takumi Junmai Daiginjo, Polishing 40:50
Junmai Daiginjo with a sweeter flavor.
Bitter aftertaste
Postscript
4th day: Sweetness doubles when exposed to air.
The sweetness is more like sweetness and the aftertaste is nice.
It tastes better when it's left out.
