Takumi Junmai Daiginjo, Polishing 40:50
Junmai Daiginjo with a sweeter flavor.
Bitter aftertaste
Postscript
4th day: Sweetness doubles when exposed to air.
The sweetness is more like sweetness and the aftertaste is nice.
It tastes better when it's left out.
Purchased at a supermarket for about 1200 yen, cold.
Fruity and easy to drink impression. The mouthfeel is sweet and slightly acidic. It seems to go well both before and during meals. It is very cost-effective with an image that changes to dryness at the back of the throat.
I recently purchased a portable refrigerator to keep my sake cold, and it is great to be able to stock up on 4.5 bottles so I can compare other brands.
It is soft on the palate, with a slight fruity taste like Junmai, but when served with Japanese food, the sharpness becomes noticeable and I enjoyed the change.
It is easy to drink as it does not smell of alcohol.
Cold: Fruity aroma. Sweet at first, then dry and complements food. Delicious.
