It has a sweet rice aroma rather than a fruity one. Unlike the popular sake of today, it has a strong bitter sweet taste...mellow umami taste...you can feel the flavor of the rice...it's a Junmai with a strong presence...it's like a sake for the sake connoisseur.

5.0 I was served a very fine and precious sake by this retiring guy. Is this daiginjo? It is so soft that you don't feel it's alky. But the alcohol content is 17 degrees. It is excellent.

Kachikoma Shiboritate Honkai Hiragana Kachikoma, this is the first time I have had it. It is freshly pressed sake. It is al-soaked, isn't it? Rough mouthfeel. It has a strong umami flavor, and the alcoholiness on the nose is nice👍. The moderate sweetness and the crisp finish are pleasant and keep you drinking. The second and third days, the umami seems to become more refined. The sweetness is not too assertive and the alcohol is felt on the tip of the tongue. Delicious😍.

I compared it with Kachikoma Junmai Ginjo. Less ginjo aroma, but with a fresh aroma characteristic of nama-zake🌾. It has more rice flavor, freshness, and mellowness than the junmai ginjo 🙄 It has an alcohol content of 18%, but it doesn't bother me, I can drink it easily 🍶. As expected from Katsikoma ✨This is delicious 😋! I also tried it casually warmed up (or warmed up to human skin?) Try the warmed sake 🍶🍶. Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.

Choroki no Katsumoma🐎. The aroma is Japanese-less 😆 Nice fruity aroma 😆. Take a sip, oh, it's pretty firm and dry 👀. Fresh mouthfeel, then a slight fruity sourness, and then a sharp sharp kick. It's delicious 😋. The last one I had was a little sweet, kind of milky and not so much, but this one is really good 😆. It's a good sake to go with food 🍶‼️ It's dry but has a slight sourness to it that makes it a good drink. ❤️ Thank you Choroki-san 🥴! Yesterday, I saw a mysterious sake called "Super Kling" from a beer brewery called Hopple at Lawson and bought it. I thought "sparkling" from a beer store is not a sparkling wine, but I bought it 😆 .... ... ... I'd like someone to try it and let me know what they think 🤣.

I bought the last bottle at my usual [Kurimoto]. When I opened it 5 days ago, I thought it was spiky and I didn't like it. But today it's mellowed out and goes well with spicy and sweet food. ☺️ It's light, but it has a great flavor and it's not too assertive.

♪♪♪♪♪ Hiragana Kachikoma! ←I'm not sure how to read it 😅. It's a little bit fruity (melon?). I thought it smelled like fruit. I thought it smelled like alcohol, but it soon turned out to be alcohol-like (smell?). I'm not sure if it's a fruit or a melon. No, there are too many parentheses today💦. So, what did you think after drinking it: ...... It's delicious! 😊←I always say that 😂. It's also neo-classical. And it's beautiful ✨ But it didn't impress me like the first time I drank Katsuma Junmai sake 😐. The snacks were Cod hot pot! It went really well with it! I'll have to try it again 🥰.
