Although it is a special honjozo, Gohyakumangoku from Nanto region in Toyama is polished to 55% of ginjo-grade sake 😋 It has a light and refreshing taste, with no corners in the mouth, and its tight and beautiful flavor enhanced the flavor of the saury 😋.

The review is exactly as I said on line with my colleague.
It was easy to drink, without the strange spiciness and tingling sensation that is characteristic of alcohol.
It was classic and went well with sushi 🍣.
I drank Katsuma after the Hanahayo and it was the exact opposite type of sake, so sake is really very deep.
I was curious about it and ordered it because I couldn't find it at the Toyama-kan where I had dropped by the day before because it was not yet in stock.
Bottled last October.
At best, it's something I've been sleeping on.
At worst, it was left alone 😆 lol
