It has body and richness, and goes well with strong flavored dishes.
To make the most of its umami, it should be served warm.
I've been stocking up on some local sake that I haven't had yet.... (Lately, I've had a lot of opportunities to go back to my hometown for work!)
KINPO Junmai-shu by Kinpo Shuzo.
When you open the box, there is a message.
It details the history of the sake brewing and the lineup, and just reading it was enough to get me excited!
What's more, this Junmaishu has won the highest gold medal in the main category of the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award 2021".
Expectations are high!
Open the bottle and take a sip.
Serious Junmaishu! How can I put it, I can feel that it was carefully made.
And the umami, that's it!
It's good on its own, but it's twice as good with cheese!
I've found an interesting place for this sake and this brewery!
I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes after tomorrow, and I'd like to try it lukewarm.
Right photo. It's outrageously good. It has a fresh flowery aroma, a delicious flavor and a hint of sweetness. However, it has a light and refreshing taste, so the sweetness does not linger and it has a clean finish. It is as refreshing as the air in a forest. The aroma wafting from the glass is almost aromatic. It can be drunk smoothly. Especially recommended for women.
I'm writing a series of drunken ramblings on instagram/twitter.

I was told that this is the only place in Tokyo that carries it.
It's true, this is the first sake I've ever seen.
It's so refreshing and easy to drink!
