Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop. I asked for a recommendation for hot sake and they introduced it to me. It can be enjoyed hot or cold. The aroma is medium level, so it is easy to match with meals. It gives the impression of a firm body and sharpness. If you heat it up, the strength of the body comes to the fore, and it goes well with oden, simmered dishes, and nabemono. Cold, it goes well with sushi and sashimi. This is a bottle that can be enjoyed in a wide variety of ways. We had this dish at Izuei Umekawa-tei in Ueno. First of all, the golden petals are very chic. The traditional design of the label is also wonderful. It has a full aroma, but it has a solid body that is typical of traditional Japanese sake. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing. It is not flattering to the trend. We had it at a sake stand "Meguroto". It has a nice aroma and juicy taste and is very easy to drink. It was very easy for women to drink. I sampled this sake at Anpo, a sake tavern located in Oshiage Station. Tojo Yamadanishiki has a gorgeous aroma and a refreshing taste. Tojo Yamadanishiki has a gorgeous aroma and a refreshing taste, while Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki has a richer flavor and body.
