This was recommended as a sake with a delicious rice flavor. It is a junmai namaishu (pure rice sake) made using the traditional sake yeast yeast yeast, and has an okay richness. It was purchased at a fun sake shop in Sapporo for a little more than 3,000 yen for a bottle.

The taste is sour and the sweetness is the slight sweetness of the rice. After that, bitterness comes and it finishes well. Even if you don't like muddled sake because it is too sweet, you can enjoy it.

The aroma smells of koji and lactic acid, which is typical of Yamahai. The taste is rich and full of umami, but there is no miscellaneous taste, and the acidity of the lactic acid balances the taste, making it rather refreshing and clear. It is a sake that has both Yamahai characteristics and is easy to drink.
