Familiar with Rumiko's Sake
I visited Moriki Brewery for the first time
I bought this sake 🍶.
Rumiko was really friendly
She was really friendly, kind and gentle ☺️.
The sake I got this time was a special pure rice made from the original sake brewer's yeast.
It is made from pesticide-free Yamadanishiki rice grown in the company's own rice field and contracted farmers in Iga, Japan.

It has a deep and complex flavor.
It is delicious!
Study for warming sake. Myo no Hana, perhaps heated to 50 degrees Celsius or higher, and then enjoyed cooled. A good heated sake has a strong rice flavor behind the alcohol flavor, what I call a well-structured sake. I'm still not very good at heating sake, but I'm going to try to enjoy real heated sake little by little.
The rice is Yamada-Nishiki, and the aroma is a little sweet, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness of the rice even more. In addition to this, the robust flavor goes well with today's snack of boiled squid and grated ginger. The next snack is salmon marinated in salted malted rice. The robust flavor goes very well with this rich sake. Thank you very much for the meal.

It can be enjoyed from room temperature to warmed up.
It's not quirky, and you'll find yourself gulping it down.
Lukewarm is just right and gorgeous.
★★★★⭐
Another brand from Moriki Sake Brewery, famous for Rumiko's Sake.
This one was served cold😊.
At first, it has a sourness similar to grapes and a light sweetness.
After that, the beautiful umami taste finishes the taste.
I personally prefer this to Rumiko✨.
