Kanagawa Pref. Chigasaki City. Kumazawa Brewery Co.
Shonan Ginjo.
I bought a small bottle of this brand in a supermarket in Kanagawa during my Obon vacation trip (Osaka→Shizuoka→Kanagawa).
Is there a sake brewery in Shonan?
Yes, there is!
I will have it cold.
The top aroma is strong with a hint of alcohol.
Mouthfeel is soft and loose, with little impact on the palate💦.
It is crisp and light.
You can taste a hint of sourness at the same time as you feel the alcohol.
After swallowing, the nose is filled with the aroma of alcohol.
The bitterness comes out a little at the end and finishes.
It is a classic type of wine that is easy to drink because of its calmness.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewers' alcohol
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15%.
Hello, healer ⛅.
I always go to supermarkets in other places to buy alcohol and other food items that I can't find in Kansai 😆.
I guess I didn't expect you to make puns, but I laughed 🤣.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌜I enjoy shopping at the local supermarket when I travel 😆 I also buy souvenirs at the supermarket 🤣Pon-chan, who laughed at my cozy pun, is a good person 👍.
A drink after a bath
Sweet aroma, fine foam attack. Taste: clean and tasty. Light and easy to drink, with a light aftertaste.
Alcohol content 10 degrees, carbonated. It looks like it would be good as a drink on the beach in midsummer, but tonight it was a drink after taking a bath, so it was a quick kill.
It had been a while since I had had a local sake, so I had a Shonan Junmai Ginjo from Kumazawa Shuzo in Kagawa! It was delicious and the cup went on and on lol. As is typical of Junmai Ginjo, the flavor of the rice combined with a refreshing taste was exquisite. I'm so happy to see the Eboshi-iwa on the cap ☺️.
Local freshly squeezed raw sake ✌️.
I found this at a nearby liquor store, so I tried it.
It has a fruity aroma 😌 It's a nama-gara-shu, so it's got a strong flavor and alcohol taste, but it's dry and you can drink it all the time! I think it's good on the rocks too 🤔 it was a very tasty sake 😋
