This is my first time drinking sake from Kanagawa, and it is dry. It was quite dry and left a dry taste in my mouth. Among the snacks we had at home, I think iburigakko cheese would go best with it...(personal opinion).
Bought it because it was cheap at the supermarket.
The aroma is not that great, and the taste is a bit dry while still having the sweetness of rice.
The reason for the low price was that it was made exactly one year ago, so it may be appropriate to withhold my evaluation of the sake itself.

The ginjo aroma is only faintly fragrant,
It is a slightly dry sake with a good balance of sourness and bitterness in the mouth.
Kumazawa Shuzo's [Shonan] is not sold wholesale to private sake stores, and is only available at direct retailers or major retailers such as Jusco😅.

A good old-fashioned one with a strong flavor! Banana from the 🍌 Dry! The umami you can feel in the back of your throat!
This one goes to Shonan! A delicious classic! I want to try the other Izumibashi one day!
