It is a fruity and sweet sake with a low alcohol content of 10% and a gaseous taste that is easy to drink.
Does it taste similar to Mio or Suzune?

I watch the Hakone Ekiden every year and couldn't watch today due to work, but Aogaku was strong again this year 👏👏👏.
The fruity aroma passed through my nose, and I could taste sweet and sourness. The aftertaste was sharp with a distinct bitterness. I was tempted to have another glass.
It is easy to drink, refreshing, and sweet but not too sweet. Straightforward, reaching the final alcoholic acidity, it is truly a sake like the fresh breeze of Shonan. It has a nice lingering bitterness.
