So thick! I was surprised at how deep and packed the flavor was. Is the golden color a concentrated color? I have never drunk much, but it makes me wonder if this is what aged sake is like. I read that it was light and dry, but maybe my tongue is a bit strange...?

It is a sweet sake at the moment you put it in your mouth. But once it passes through your tongue, it is a dry, easy-drinking sake. It is delicious.

Today we have a sparkling sake from Chigasaki, Shonan, where athletes ran in the Hakone Ekiden (relay race) 🍶. It is a fruity and sweet sake with a low alcohol content of 10% and a gaseous taste that is easy to drink. Does it taste similar to Mio or Suzune? It might be good for a toast! I watch the Hakone Ekiden every year and couldn't watch today due to work, but Aogaku was strong again this year 👏👏👏.
