ICHI-GO-CAN from Shonan, by Kumazawa Sake Brewery, which brewed Tensei, has the same refreshingly dry, light taste as Tensei. It is the best sake to finish off a long day of drinking.

Established in 1872, this is the last remaining sake brewery in Shonan.

Next up was a local Kanagawa sake, Shonan (Kumazawa Shuzo, like Tensei), but I've never had it before, so I went with this one.
Overall, it's a refreshing sake.
A little sweetness in it, rice-like?
And as I drank it, I could taste a little sourness?
It was a fairly large restaurant, and we were sitting in a tatami room, so I asked the waiter, "Excuse me, if you don't mind, can I ask you to bring a bottle and take a picture of it?" He said yes!
The brother who brought it to me said, "You come here often, don't you?" "He asked me for a bottle before, and I brought it to him. I remembered you as a person who likes to drink" 😱.
I was told that I was marked as a troublesome customer 😅.

I was surprised at how deep and packed the flavor was. Is the golden color a concentrated color?
I have never drunk much, but it makes me wonder if this is what aged sake is like.
I read that it was light and dry, but maybe my tongue is a bit strange...?
