We enjoyed a night in the backyard of a certain place in Uda-Matsuyama with the brewery owner and his wife and all the other local lovers.
This is Hatsumasumi Special Junmai. This one is noticeably drier than the Kureharu. Don't tell me anything about the aroma or fruity, dry junmai! It's just like that. I was able to change my own prejudice that even Nada sake is still sweet in the Kansai region.
