This sake is from Kubo Honke in Nara Prefecture.
The aroma is almost imperceptible with just a slight hint of acidity.
It is crisp but also mellow and well balanced.
This sake is made by Kubomoto Brewery in Ouda, Nara Prefecture, which is famous for "Shiryu". The classic label looks nice.
It is a fruity yet robust sake with a spicy aftertaste.
A gift from my parents-in-law.
The first time I drank it, it was also good❗️
In the basic refreshing, there is also a strong taste of rice, as a medium sake in the meal is very good😆.
I enjoyed it with spring bonito and firefly squid.
Thank you to my father and mother-in-law😊.
We hiked to Kubo Honke Shuzo. I bought this sake there. I thought Kubo-Honke was relatively dry, but I found it to be refreshing, with a modest acidity.
