My favorite Saga sake. This is the first time I've seen Munemasa.
It's delicious, isn't it? Soft and 👍!
It is listed as recommended for women and beginners, but the name, without the slightest hint of such a feeling?

The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
Sake degree: -15 degrees, but not too sweet, with a strong acidity and a rich, delicious rice flavor.
The rice used is 100% "Saganohana" rice.
The sweet and sour taste comes at first, followed by bitterness, and the taste is dry and refreshing, almost dry.
The bitterness remains.

I bought it at Saga Arita Ware Park on New Year's Day. At the time I tasted it and thought it was delicious. Sweet fruity aroma. I will buy it again if I see it later.

As a person who likes ginjo aroma, I thought it was "moderate".
