This sake from Arita, Saga Prefecture, is characterized by its sweetness, with a sake strength of -15.
Enjoying the sweet and delicious aroma wafting from the glass, the rich, honey-like sweetness fills your mouth as soon as you take a sip.
The sweetness of the rice seems to have been amplified many times over, but I felt that the slight chilliness and hidden acidity tightened up the whole experience.

Somasa Sake Brewery is located in Arita Town, famous for Arita porcelain.
It's a Junmai Daiginjyo that is only available at the opening of the brewery 🍶.
The aroma on the nose is elegant and sweet.
When you take a sip, it has a beautiful sweetness that is typical of Junmai Daiginjo.
It has a slight acidity that makes it refreshing.
Delicious 🍶✨.
