I came to Kagoshima for the first time in half a year! I arrived at Kagoshima by the first plane of Haneda. We went to the Cosedo Sake Shop's Chuo Station Store as soon as it opened at the Chuo Station. First of all, we had a chat with the clerk! I met again with Mr. Mikitey, a friend of mine who helped me last time! Unfortunately, they didn't have the sake I was looking for! So I told her I would come back and visit again after going around Sakurajima and Senganen. I had a few of today's recommended sakes! Aizu Miyazumi, it's been a while! I felt a little alcoholic, but it was a good start in Kagoshima! extensive knowledge This is a limited edition sake of Miyazumi, a local brand of Miyazumi Meizumi brewery in Fukushima prefecture, which is famous for "Kurakuraku". The rice used is Yamadaho, which is the mother of Yamadanishiki. It has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of apples and a fresh, grapefruit-like acidity on the palate, The beautiful spiciness balances well with the overall taste. I stocked up on it in the spring and let it sit in the fridge. I found a solid substance on the cap that I thought was sugar. So there is a high possibility that it is not the original flavor. It has a sweetness from the water for an Aizu sake brewer, but I was surprised when I first felt a tangy stimulation on my tongue. I will buy it again next year to see if it tastes as it should.
