This is the second of three bottles that my friend's liquor store in my hometown sent me. So it is a little out of season.
It has an apple-like aroma and a crisp spiciness, but it also has a good flavor.
There is good fortune in leftovers!

This Sake from Fukushima is well balanced and has a medium mouth feel. I like that there is enough acidity to clear the sweetness of this drink. There is a softness with Sake from Fukushima that I cannot describe. Maybe it's the water?
The famous Momo or peach flavor from Fukushima is the prominent flavor of this. I'm just happy to be able to enjoy this treat.

雄町。フワッとしてて雄町らしい。雄町は赤いラベルが多い印象だけどこれは黒くて格好いい
