We opened Aizu Summer.
Light and elegant, with a gentle sweetness and a slight bitterness.
It has a nice sharpness and is a delicious sake that you will never get tired of drinking!
When buying Aizu sake, I was attracted by the words "Dry Honjozo".
The simple name "Aizu" also intrigues me👍.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was mineral and clear.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth. The dry, refreshing taste is balanced by the sweet, astringent acidity and the umami of the rice. Although it is a regular honjozo, it has a delicate, gorgeous flavor, perhaps due to the 60% rice polishing ratio, which makes it one rank above other dry honjoze!
The soft and clean part is reminiscent of "Ding" ✨.
It is also very cost-effective and tastier than I expected...!
You can clearly feel that it is well-known as a local sake.
I would love to drink it with codfish stew 🤤.
Grapefruit with sourness and gentle bitterness when drunk without the cage.
When mixed with orizumi, it is silky but light and crisp.
The best nigori sake I've ever had!
Amazing!
Oh!!! When I go back home and don't drive during the day, I buy beer there and drink it on a bench outside. (There is also a craft brewery called Minami Aizu Mountain Brewing nearby, so if you like beer as well, be sure to stop by!

It has a hole in the crown, so it's not an explosion.

I'm still a cider. (It's still cider, but with a little less sweetness.

I've reviewed it several times, but this time it seems they changed the oli formula and there was a lot more than normal. I'm not sure if it's because of that or not 😫.
I was much drunker than expected because of that.
I'm not sure if I'm reviewing it properly.
I'm not sure if I'm doing a good job of reviewing. (I'm not sure if I'm doing a good job of reviewing it.
I see that you have visited Minamiaizu. Thank you! Kunigon is a sake brewery that is a 5 minute walk from my parents' house. Aizu is a 3-minute drive from my grandfather's house.
I was driving around this area at the end of the year.
There is not much snow this winter. Usually this time of year there is several times as much. Please visit again in the summer for the Gion Festival and other festivals.
I heard that there are much fewer this winter, as I have heard from the national authority.
I didn't know there was a big festival in the summer!
It was a really nice place and I will visit again!
