Purchased at Shin-Osaka station, on the Shinkansen.
It is easy to drink, and after a while, it expands softly.
The lingering aftertaste is light and has a slight acidity.
Personal Score 81

Kisenju Kitcho Shurei Dry Kuchi Junmai Ginjo
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15%.
I happened to discover this liquor store.
There were some sake products that we could not find in our neighborhood, but when we looked at the dates, they were all one or two years old... We bought a small bottle and left the store.
I will have it cold.
Uitate aroma is mild, with a slight alkaline smell.
The palate is smooth with mild rice flavor.
The flavor is so well-developed in the mouth that you would think it was alky.
I couldn't help but wonder if it was aluzoe? Check the label💦.
It was Junmai Ginjo 😅.
The aftertaste is firm and spicy with a long aftertaste. There is a tangy, then sharp sake feeling.
As I expected, it has a classic taste, but it is a perfect food sake for sushi and Japanese food.
Hello Haruei-chichi ❗ This is a drinking train, isn't it?
I wasn't aware that I was going to be drinking 😆 😆 but I had fun looking at the unusual scenery 😆🎵🎵.
October is the beginning of the fiscal year... and I've been working so much that I haven't had a chance to take a day off and have a drink...
It's no good. Such a situation.
Even though it's the best time of the year for Hiyaoroshi!
So, it's been a while since I've logged in and posted.
I happened to find this sake at a convenience store on a business trip.
It's refreshing and light, but it has a bit of a peculiar taste that comes through the nose.
In a way, it's a sake that you can taste if you don't have an appetizer.
It may not be to everyone's taste, but I like it.
Good morning, NobuNobu!
Hard work thank you 🥺
I've been busy lately too, so my sake pace has slowed down😢.
Toyosawa-san also has a lot of good sakes, but I haven't tried Kisenju yet, so I'd like to try it 😋.
Hit-san, thanks for your comment😭.
I tell myself that hard work reduces the pace of drinking is not a sign of desperation but a sign of good drinking. Thank you for your comment 😭.
