October is the beginning of the fiscal year... and I've been working so much that I haven't had a chance to take a day off and have a drink... It's no good. Such a situation. Even though it's the best time of the year for Hiyaoroshi! So, it's been a while since I've logged in and posted. I happened to find this sake at a convenience store on a business trip. It's refreshing and light, but it has a bit of a peculiar taste that comes through the nose. In a way, it's a sake that you can taste if you don't have an appetizer. It may not be to everyone's taste, but I like it.

Crisp and dry. But it leaves a hint of sweetness because of its low acidity. It's not my favorite.

Lukewarm sake of Kisenju sashimi of tuna and sardine fried pond smelt The ara-tsuki here is excellent! They do a beautiful job without a single scale.
