Icoma Sake Shop Tasting (1)
Maybe not in the same order as we drank them...
It's a summer sake, but it's not thin, thick and drinkable.
The acidity was also impressive.
Personally, I thought it was a little spicy.
I found out that they use Nara Uruhashi yeast.
I was surprised that the sake strength was +0.4.
I thought it would be higher.
I also had a Junmai unfiltered sake from Kisenju.
I bought this one because I liked its strong taste with a 75% rice polishing ratio!
