Unusual sake with a 35% rice polishing ratio, yet it is a honjozo.
Apparently it is a summer sake 🤔.
When you drink it, it tastes a bit like honjozo, but perhaps due to the rice polishing ratio, it is a bit clean and has a muscat-like flavor.
As the temperature rises, the rice flavor becomes stronger, but the sweetness also becomes stronger.
The muscat flavor that I felt when it was cold disappears.
The acidity is quite impressive, and as the name "cool" implies, it has a cool and refreshing feeling.
Overall, it is a very unique sake including the specs.
The more you drink it, the more addictive it becomes.
It is said to be made with 1801 yeast and has a Sake meter of +2.
When you drink it again, it has a strong sweet taste and a strong sour taste.
Revisited about 2 hours later and entered again.
The second welcome drink was a Kisenju draft sake!
It was sweeter and a little darker than the first Omachi!
I wandered into this Genkotsu Ramen restaurant.
When I ordered sake, this is what I got!
This is the Toyosawa Sake Brewery, which we happened to meet a few days ago.
This is my favorite sake brewery in Nara!
This must be a connection.
I see - it went well with the Genkotsu Ramen and Hankara set!
It was extremely delicious!
October Tasting at Ikema Sake Shop (1)
We went again this month 😁.
Kisenju gives the impression of being drunk a lot at the tasting
It was quite fruity and delicious!
Not very flashy or unique, but not disgusting and I might have bought it 🤔.
It has a sharp, dry taste toward the bottom and a slight aroma toward the top. We bought a bottle at Kyoto Station and enjoyed it with yellowtail sashimi.
I bought it after drinking it at a tasting at Icoma Sake Shop. Is it a wholesaler's PB?
I found out that it has a sake degree of +3.6 and uses M2 yeast.
The second half is spicy, but I like the umami that I first taste in my mouth, just like Katano Sakura. I prefer it a little hotter than cold.
I like it with soda.
