I bought it after drinking it at a tasting at Icoma Sake Shop. Is it a wholesaler's PB?
I found out that it has a sake degree of +3.6 and uses M2 yeast.
The second half is spicy, but I like the umami that I first taste in my mouth, just like Katano Sakura. I prefer it a little hotter than cold.
I like it with soda.
