Aizan is a cross between Aifune 117 (Aichi Prefecture Mikawa Nishiki No. 4 x Funaki Omachi) and Yamao 67 (Yamada Nishiki x Omachi). It has a large heart white and is very rich in starch.
It is not only sweet, but also has a strong acidity and an apple-like 🍎 taste.
Freshly opened, the wine is slightly fizzy.
