I see that the head office is in Utazu-cho.
Yushin Brewery seems to be more famous for its cosmetics, Rice Power, than for its sake, which is its main business.
I have never seen them except at Jutoku Sake Sales near Ryokuchi Koen Station.
I was going to buy the Junmai Ginjo Nama with an elaborate label design, but the price was a bit high, so I chose this one.
I was told that they use an edible rice called "Oidemai". It has a rich flavor of rice. It gives a strong impression. It would be good to drink it with ice.
Shikoku Pilgrimage Scroll No. 78. Goshiteru Tera. Yushin Junmai. Slightly tangy and a little tingly. The aroma is nice. It is a good match with bonito tataki and satisfying.
It is not very fruity and is light, with a hint of spiciness as it passes down the throat. It blends well with strong flavored fish dishes.
The next day, when I drank it at room temperature, the spiciness became milder and I could drink it easily. Personally, I recommend room temperature.
The mouthfeel is refreshing. Perhaps the water is good, but even though it is dry, there is no unpleasant alcohol feeling. The aftertaste is also clean and refreshing. It is a well balanced sake.
This is a brave heart that has been lying in the wine cellar for a long time.
I drank it in Takamatsu and enjoyed it so much that I bought this sake.
I was worried because it was a little old, but it was sweet, but had a refreshing aftertaste.
Thank you very much.

Yushin Shuzo is now a fully fledged cosmetics company.
It is now slightly golden in color and has a rich ginjo aroma, but it is a little subdued.
The sweetness and acidity are well controlled, and it is very refreshing. Like wine, I want to chill it and drink it elegantly❗️🍷
