A pairing course at Restaurant UOZEN. While wine was served, the only sake on the menu was Natsumi Murasuke. "It was served lukewarm to "warm up your body after a long summer.
It wasn't too sweet or too spicy, and it wasn't overpowering, but it had a nice sake feel. Personally, I like it somewhere between lukewarm and hot.
By the way, the pairing dish was bear meat.
I'd never had it before, but it was surprisingly fatty.
