◉Harada Tokubetsu Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shiki
Fresh, clear and full of flavor.
Harada Junmai Ginjyo Orikigarami Yamadanishiki Nama-shu
Creamy with a slight bitterness from the lees.
◉Suetsumebana
This is the first sake made in a year, and this time only 300 liters were used. It is a blend of sake mother and amazake, pressed and fermented in the bottle. The alcohol content is 9%. It has a sweet and sour taste.
◉Harada Tokubetsu Junmai Akiagari "Aki
Mellow, umami and slightly mellow, with a tangy aftertaste.
Harada said the young wife was still good on tap. Oops, that's an expression...
