Purchased while traveling in Ehime Prefecture.
I did not expect much from the name, but it was quite tasty.
It has a good balance of sweet and spicy, and can be served cold or hot, but I especially liked it hot. I especially liked it when it was heated up. It has more umami and sharpness when heated.
I would like to try another Junmai from this brewery as it is a very cost-effective sake.
The alcohol content is -2.0, but it doesn't seem too sweet. On the contrary, it even feels spicy.
It's been a while since I've had a Jukishin, and I enjoyed it.
At Sakelabo
I drank it while scouting for a brand that was new to me.
Gentle and clean like Junmai
It's not too assertive, so you can drink it with peace of mind.
It was the kind of sake I was looking for.
Perfect for everyday drinking
The water is said to be well water from Mt. Just hearing the word "Ishizuchi" makes me feel like I am in Ehime. And what is Nikomar? It is not sake rice, but edible rice! It tastes like rice! It has a gentle - rice flavor!

I had a medical checkup last week.
Mr. takeshon advised me that even if I abstained from alcohol halfway through the checkup, it would not affect my figures. I only abstained from alcohol the day before, when I got home late and it was past my drinking time, and went to the checkup with my body as normal. ✌️
Yes, there is no doubt about what Mr. takeshon says.
Bad things are bad.
I was told my blood pressure was too high, especially the low one, which I was concerned about 😅 I had to re-measure it 3 times 😅.
If I'm going to quit drinking, I need to be as thorough as J &N for a month or so 🤣.
And I vaguely remember the exact numbers from last year, but my height has shrunk by millimeters and my abdominal circumference has grown by centimeters.
This is what I call aging 🥹.
I should refrain from drinking at this point, but I opened a bottle of Jukishin Usu-nigori today to open the fridge: ✌️
Well, this one tastes pretty good: ‼️
It has a soft sweetness in the mouth. It has a soft sweetness in the mouth and a refreshing sharpness. No, there are more light nigori sakes that I like, but this one is above standard.
Jukishin, I must try their other sakes too 😊.
Hello 3KAN4ON, ☁️
Thanks for your health check 💦I'm also shocked to see that I've shrunk from even a short height 🥺 I guess it can't be helped...
That's why I'm glad you won the alcohol 😆👍.
Good evening, 3KAN4ON 😃.
In our case it's like wishful thinking 😅I also have high blood pressure on the bottom 🥲 but when I drink alcohol and measure it at night it comes out a lot lower 😆 I believe that's the right number 🤗.
Hi Pon 😃
I may have to go to the gym at a convenience store because I can't make excuses for my girth anymore, even if my height is an error 😂.
As for the sake, if it's light nigori, it's usually a hit, but I'm glad I've never had a hit with Shikoku sake before: ☺️
Hi Jay & Nobby😃.
Great mental strength to be able to abstain from alcohol for almost a month: ‼️
I am impressed.
If I drink alcohol around 2am the day before my physical, will that help me get my blood pressure just right 🥹?
