I had a medical checkup last week.
Mr. takeshon advised me that even if I abstained from alcohol halfway through the checkup, it would not affect my figures. I only abstained from alcohol the day before, when I got home late and it was past my drinking time, and went to the checkup with my body as normal. ✌️

In our case it's like wishful thinking 😅I also have high blood pressure on the bottom 🥲 but when I drink alcohol and measure it at night it comes out a lot lower 😆 I believe that's the right number 🤗.

Ehime Sakurahime Series" is sake made with "Ehime Sakurahime Yeast," a floral yeast for sake breweries isolated from "Sakasahime," a flower originally bred in Ehime Prefecture. This is a new generation sake made with "all Ehime" ingredients, including rice and water, all produced in Ehime Prefecture. This time, 9 out of 22 types of 4 types will be served.
TYPE-1 Tropical
Gorgeous fruity aroma, moderate sweetness, and refreshing acidity.
TYPE-2 Clear
Clean taste with a clear and soft sake quality. The mild and moderate cool aroma stimulates the appetite.
TYPE-3 Well Balance
The aroma reminds of melon and pineapple, and the acidity is well balanced with moderate sweetness.
TYPE-4 Rich
Rich aroma with bursting acidity. The taste is noble, round and mellow, and makes you feel gorgeous.

I was a bit curious because while most of them are made with Shizuku Ehime or Matsuyama Mitsui, Shudo Sake Brewery's was Nikomaru! Even if it wasn't, Shuto Shuzo's sake is one of my favorite sake breweries in Ehime! It's amazing that three people can make "sake that tastes good even without snacks"!
And the word "sukigokoro" sounds like a confession of love 😆💕The label of this sake also says "sukigokoro" in humble hiragana characters. I'm drinking it while thinking how wonderful it would be to give a set of this sake and chocolates as a Valentine's Day present ❤....
...I'll give it to my friend next year for Valentine's Day! But she likes sake, but she also likes chocolate, so I'll give her chocolate, too! LOL!

There is a fragrance. First it feels fruity, then it feels a bit dry. It also seems to have a bitter taste, and to me it feels spicy. It's not a sweet sake, but it's gorgeous!

Ponchan, it was gorgeous and dignified without being too sweet! The sweetness that you feel at room temperature is my thing, and I was drinking it chibi chibi lazily and it was gone lol.

Sakurahime" is a pretty, pale pink flower. This sake is a perfect representation of such a flower.
In my opinion, it is a sake that is very suitable for women.
The Ehime Sakurahime series is also sold by various other breweries. They seem to be divided into four types with different aroma and flavor characteristics depending on the yeast. Jukishin Sakurahime is TYPE-3 Well Balance. I would like to try other types.
