Kameizumi Kouiku 63 Junmai Ginjo Nama-unpasteurized sake Go to the usual yakitori restaurant with a friend of mine 13th cup The last sake of the day was Kameizumi. I thought it would be pineapple, but it wasn't at all! It was a rather beautiful melon-like, slightly hard impression, but it was a clear and light Kameizumi with a clear mouthfeel* It's not a pineapple, so it's kind of strange lol.

Nanbu Bijin Omachi Junmai Nama Unpasteurized Sake, ORIGARUMI Go to the usual yakitori restaurant with a friend of mine The 7th glass. The usual waiter's recommendation*: "Even though it's the same Omachi, it gives the impression of being light in body but deep in depth. The mouthfeel is light for its strength, and the orikara flavor gives it a sweet taste. The brewery is now marketing overseas, including to Africa, and we hope that the Japanese fermentation culture will spread throughout the world*.

New Earth Earth 2020 To my usual yakitori restaurant with my allies 11th drink In no particular order, we were able to compare 5 different kinds of sake without Lapis! This earth has a mild sweet and sour taste at the beginning, but in the latter half, a mysterious richness gradually emerges. It is interesting. The wood vat feeling is also good* because it is thin. But I want to drink Lapis*.

The Ash was a little less acidic, with a moderate sweetness and a high aroma. This one had no truffle aroma. My friend prefers Ashe. I prefer Ecru.

Shinsei Viridian 2020 Always a great yakitori restaurant*. The last dish of the day was Viridian*. The aroma is rather pear-like. I was expecting astringency, but it was surprisingly absent, and this lot had a good balance of sourness, sweetness, and bitterness. I liked this Viridian among the Colors I drank today*.

Kaze no Mori Yamadanishiki 807 At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*. This is the third Kaze no Mori. The Yamadanishiki version is crisp, light with unripe banana-like fruity notes*, and has a slight effervescence that keeps you going. But I prefer the Omachi version.

Kaze no Mori Omachi 807 At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*. Next to the Aizan, they also have their usual Omachi, so I get this one as well. Slightly effervescent, muscat-like, and full-bodied. I like the Omachi version better than the Aizan version. I've had this one several times at home and at the restaurant, so maybe that's part of the reason I like it better.

Tenshu Namikaze Namikase Namaishu At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*. I expected it to be sour because it's a sake with a traditional sake making process. I thought, "It doesn't have a sour taste, it has a beautiful rice taste and it's delicious. The aftertaste is rather short, and it went well with zucchini and quail*.

Kaze no Mori Aiyama 807 At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*. This restaurant has a very good assortment of Kaze no Mori. I always look forward to it. This Wind Forest is a cemedine, a beautiful cemedine with a slight effervescence, a sweet full-bodied cemedine*. I wonder if it's the strange sweet richness because it's Aiyama.
