Kaze no Mori Omachi 807
At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*.
Next to the Aizan, they also have their usual Omachi, so I get this one as well.
Slightly effervescent, muscat-like, and full-bodied. I like the Omachi version better than the Aizan version. I've had this one several times at home and at the restaurant, so maybe that's part of the reason I like it better.
