Tenshu Namikaze Namikase Namaishu
At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*.
I expected it to be sour because it's a sake with a traditional sake making process. I thought, "It doesn't have a sour taste, it has a beautiful rice taste and it's delicious. The aftertaste is rather short, and it went well with zucchini and quail*.
