Kaze no Mori Yamadanishiki 807
At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*.
This is the third Kaze no Mori. The Yamadanishiki version is crisp, light with unripe banana-like fruity notes*, and has a slight effervescence that keeps you going.
But I prefer the Omachi version.
