Nama-unpasteurized sake

13th cup
The last sake of the day was Kameizumi. I thought it would be pineapple, but it wasn't at all! It was a rather beautiful melon-like, slightly hard impression, but it was a clear and light Kameizumi with a clear mouthfeel* It's not a pineapple, so it's kind of strange lol. マナチーGood morning, Miki!
You still drink like crazy 😆.
I'm glad you found it easy to understand the comparison of the 3 types of Kaze no Mori. 遥瑛チチMiki, good job on your drinking spree ❗️.
You are really having too much luxury drinking 👍
I haven't had Ash and Earth yet😅
I'm surprised that this Kameizumi is not a Pinappo🍍, but a melon🍈 too! MikiManachi-san, good evening* I was looking forward to the α6, but they didn't have it at the store at the time, so I'll have a taste next time* We had our usual all-you-can-drink, so it felt like we both drank too much, but it was a worthwhile time*. MikiChichi-san! Good evening* I had the impression that most Kochi sake was dry, including drunken whale, so I was shocked by that pineapple Kameizumi* This Kameizumi is keeping the "Kochi sake" frame of mind, and the rice is also unique to Kochi*. The 10th glass.
The sweet and sour taste with a hint of apricot is delicious* and blends well with the heaviness of the chicken liver* We've been talking so much about sake that we tend to forget about the yakitori, but this is a really delicious restaurant*. MikiShinsei No.6 S type

9th cup
We went back to Shinmasa again. The aroma of moist Japanese pear and its beautiful sweetness and acidity are outstanding* We finished the half remaining bottle together. MikiChrysanthemum ocean99 Kukai

8th round of drinks
Next up was Soraumi (not Kukai) from Kangiku 99.
It is very refreshing, and the mineral sweetness is pleasant*. MikiNanbu Bijin Omachi Junmai Nama Unpasteurized Sake, ORIGARUMI

The 7th glass.
The usual waiter's recommendation*: "Even though it's the same Omachi, it gives the impression of being light in body but deep in depth. The mouthfeel is light for its strength, and the orikara flavor gives it a sweet taste.
The brewery is now marketing overseas, including to Africa, and we hope that the Japanese fermentation culture will spread throughout the world*. MikiKaze no Mori Omachi 807

Kaze no Mori 3 kinds of sake comparison - Yamadanishiki, Aizan, and Omachi
Omachi is a violent wine with a full-bodied flavor* and is very enjoyable*.
I love Omachi*. MikiKaze no Mori Aiyama 807

5th glass
Kaze no Mori 3 types of Yamadanishiki, Aizan, and Omachi
Aizan has a strong sweetness and richness. It has a fascinating taste. It is also impressive for its distinctive bitterness that remains when it warms up. MikiKaze no Mori Yamadanishiki 807

Kaze no Mori 3 kinds of sake comparison: Yamadanishiki, Aizan, and Yumachi.
I now understand what it means that Yamada Nishiki is an honorable mention. It is not impersonal, but has a polite sweetness and a mild fullness. There is no sense of violence. MikiShinsei Cosmos 2021

The 12th drink!
In no particular order, we were able to compare 5 different kinds of sake without Lapis!
I like the sourness of this one* and the wood vat feeling*.
I'm also curious about the new colors of Shinsei, which I've heard is coming out* What color is it? MAJGood evening Miki! I'm so glad to see you here 😄.
I like the 5 Colors drink comparison! 👍Are there going to be any new colors? That's exciting! 😆 😆 MikiGood morning, MAJ* Seems like that was mentioned on YouTube in the sakelab! I just wish they would increase the supply first rather than just new releases lol! MikiNew Earth Earth 2020

11th drink
In no particular order, we were able to compare 5 different kinds of sake without Lapis!
This earth has a mild sweet and sour taste at the beginning, but in the latter half, a mysterious richness gradually emerges. It is interesting. The wood vat feeling is also good* because it is thin.
But I want to drink Lapis*. MikiShinsei Ecru 2021
Go to the usual yakitori restaurant with a friend of mine
The third drink!
In no particular order, we were able to compare 5 different kinds of wine without Lapis!
This Ecru has a very good balance of light grapeiness, mild acidity, and a light wooden vat feeling*.
I prefer Ecru*! MikiShinsei Viridian 2020

The second drink
In no particular order, we were able to compare 5 different kinds of drinks without Lapidus.
This viridian gives an austere impression. It has a deep flavor. It has a strong wooden vat feeling. MikiShinsei Ash 2019

First drink.
In no particular order, we were able to compare 5 different types without Lapis.
The Ash was a little less acidic, with a moderate sweetness and a high aroma. This one had no truffle aroma.
My friend prefers Ashe.
I prefer Ecru. MikiShinsei Viridian 2020
Always a great yakitori restaurant*.
The last dish of the day was Viridian*.
The aroma is rather pear-like.
I was expecting astringency, but it was surprisingly absent, and this lot had a good balance of sourness, sweetness, and bitterness.
I liked this Viridian among the Colors I drank today*. 遥瑛チチHi Miki 😃
You are having another gorgeous outing 👍!
I'm too jealous that you had 10 drinks, 4 of which were Shinsei and 3 of which were Kaze no Mori ❗️. MikiHey, Mr. Chichi! It was worth all the hard work because he gave me a drink to bathe in at his usual first table* I'm looking forward to that alpha6 he's going to prepare for me next time*. RigelGood evening Miki🤗
When I compared the Colors, the Viridian was the best fit for me too 🥰.
I plan to age it next time I get it 🤤. MikiRigel-san, good morning* I said before that Ecru is the best, but this Viridian was also very good if you like the right amount of astringency* I am looking forward to the aging of the Colors, too. MikiKaze no Mori Yamadanishiki 807
At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*.
This is the third Kaze no Mori. The Yamadanishiki version is crisp, light with unripe banana-like fruity notes*, and has a slight effervescence that keeps you going.
But I prefer the Omachi version. MikiShinsei Flax cat, straight pumping, special order
At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*.
As usual, it was very tasty with a beautiful acidity*.
I'd like to try Flax Kitten sometime*. MikiKaze no Mori Omachi 807
At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*.
Next to the Aizan, they also have their usual Omachi, so I get this one as well.
Slightly effervescent, muscat-like, and full-bodied. I like the Omachi version better than the Aizan version. I've had this one several times at home and at the restaurant, so maybe that's part of the reason I like it better. MikiSenkou Sakura
At the usual wonderful yakitori restaurant*.
I still want to try it if it is available.
Fresh and slightly effervescent.
Easy to drink as always. Good acidity feeling like Senkou. It plays a good role as it washes out the fat of the bird. MikiTenshu Namikaze Namikase Namaishu
At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*.
I expected it to be sour because it's a sake with a traditional sake making process. I thought, "It doesn't have a sour taste, it has a beautiful rice taste and it's delicious. The aftertaste is rather short, and it went well with zucchini and quail*. MikiKaze no Mori Aiyama 807
At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*.
This restaurant has a very good assortment of Kaze no Mori. I always look forward to it.
This Wind Forest is a cemedine, a beautiful cemedine with a slight effervescence, a sweet full-bodied cemedine*.
I wonder if it's the strange sweet richness because it's Aiyama. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
