The sake of Miwa gushes out through the rain.
Mimurosugi" has been brewed for over 360 years in Miwa, Nara, the place where the god of sake resides.
The water used for brewing is subterranean water from the sacred mountain Miwa, which springs from a well in the brewery.

When President Sumikawa was training to be a sake brewer, his mentor, Koichi Yoneda, a master brewer in Tajima, told him, "No matter what happens, you should always focus on making sake, now and in the future. The rice and the brewing process are made with "Sakemai", a variety of rice created by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of "Jyushiro", which is now difficult to obtain.
