Best 😃⤴️⤴️⤴️⤴️. The scent is refreshing and has a ramune like ginjo aroma. On the palate, it's juicy and smooth, with a light umami flavor and the gentle fruit sweetness of Omachi that fills the mouth and gives it a unique and appealing fullness. It is a fresh, unfiltered, one-time fire-hardened sake with a slightly low alcohol content of 13 degrees. Comment from the brewer Clear rain falling on Mt. Miwa The sake of Miwa gushes out through the rain. Mimurosugi" has been brewed for over 360 years in Miwa, Nara, the place where the god of sake resides. The water used for brewing is subterranean water from the sacred mountain Miwa, which springs from a well in the brewery. Mimurosugi Roman Series Grazie a Dio is Italian for "thank the god of sake".

Best 😃⤴️⤴️⤴️⤴️. After Origin and Ippo, Sumikawa Sake Brewery's newest series of sakes, Mellow Way Ippo. When President Sumikawa was training to be a sake brewer, his mentor, Koichi Yoneda, a master brewer in Tajima, told him, "No matter what happens, you should always focus on making sake, now and in the future. He cherishes the words of his mentor, Mr. Koichi Yoneda, when he was training as a sake brewer. The rice and the brewing process are made with "Sakemai", a variety of rice created by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of "Jyushiro", which is now difficult to obtain. It has a gorgeous aroma and a gentle, juicy mouthfeel, while the rice's natural flavor and volume that fills the mouth is powerful. It also has a great aftertaste and can be enjoyed for a long time. The soft umami, astringency, and acidity are well-balanced, yet the refreshing aftertaste is very light and does not interfere with the food you are enjoying with it. Best 😃⤴️⤴️ A simple etiquette, but a beautiful purple color that shines brightly, giving a sense of nobility. The aroma is mild and the palate is hit with a tartness that makes you swoon. However, it is a very satisfying drink with a firm mouthfeel and a long aftertaste. I love the sweet type of sake that is often found in Saga, but this one is a really delicious Junmai Ginjo with a hint of Yamada Nishiki.

When you uncork it, you can feel a bit of the characteristic pizzazz and gas. The aroma is mildly sweet. On the palate, it is a sweet and sour peer with a pleasant freshness and soft sweetness. You will be surprised by the taste. It is also recommended for sake beginners. Overall, it is light, refreshing, and easy to drink, yet with a pleasant aftertaste that spreads in the mouth. It is a very delicate sake in terms of quality. The best 😃⤴️⤴️ The aroma is gorgeous and mellow, and in the mouth the sweet-sour acidity spreads out and the sweetness of the Yamada Nishiki lingers long after. It's the type of wine you can enjoy slowly and deliberately. This sake is made by Nishi Shuzo, which has produced a number of popular potato syochu liqueurs, including Chibi Chibi, Tominohozan, and Tenshi no Temptation. In 2014, for the first time in 40 years, Hamada Shuzo, a shochu producer in Kagoshima Prefecture, started to produce Japanese sake and released Satsushu Masamune. Following that, President Nishi took on the challenge of brewing the most difficult to find sake of the day, Jyushiro, a senior at Tokyo University of Agriculture, with advice from President Takagi, and brewed an excellent product, Nishi Shuzo's TENBU.
