Miwa The sake of Miwa gushes out through the rain. Mimurosugi" has been brewed for over 360 years in Miwa, Nara, the place where the god of sake resides. The water used for brewing is subterranean water from the sacred mountain Miwa, which springs from a well in the brewery. Mimurosugi Roman Series Grazie a Dio is Italian for "thank the god of sake".
