I encountered 【Matsumidori Junmai】on 20180919, but this was a new check-in registration as it was a pure sake.
Tonight, I also received 【Ecru by Shinmasa】and 【Harusake Kanbashi by Koshi】, which I had previously met and checked in, between 【Hyakujuro】and 【Matsumidori】, so I have only posted their images.
The sake is slightly sweet, with a mild aroma. It is a slightly sweet sake with a mild aroma and the flavor of rice.
The alcohol content is high, but it does not bother me too much, and I think it is a sake that can be drunk easily.

Hyakujuro was introduced to the restaurant as a sake that would go well with the sashimi dish.
Tonight, I introduced Shichiken first, then Shinmasa No.6 S- type, Hyakjuro as the third type, Shinmasa Ecru as the fourth type, Koshi Harusake as the fifth type, and Matsumidori as the sixth type for my friend who does not drink much sake.
The Shinmasa was a sake type I had already encountered and checked in on, so I only included a picture of it at the end of the Hyakujuro.
He drank one or two cups in each of the smaller inoguchi cups and enjoyed sweet, dry, strongly aromatic, subtly fragrant, slightly carbonated, and tangy on the tongue.
I think this Hyakujuro is a dry, robust sake with the umami of rice and a slight bitterness and acidity. It emphasized the flavor of the sashimi while washing away the fat.
My friends who do not drink much sake rated it as a sake-like...sake, and it did not seem to be good.

Slightly dry, with a moderate fruity aroma and a refreshing taste, this sake is reminiscent of a slightly dry white wine.
I chose this sake as the first sake for my friends who attended this drinking party who said they do not drink sake very often. It was quite well received, and I think it was an OK ‼︎....
I'm enjoying choosing the sake for tonight.

It has a carbonation characteristic of nama-shu, which is perfect for a low-alcohol summer sake.
