I bought it at a liquor store near Nishi-Funabashi Station. I thought I would buy Isobojimai if I had the chance, but when I saw the price, I decided to buy it some other time; Toyo Bijin is one of the brands that I have wanted to try because it is often mentioned on SakeLabo Channel, but every time I went to the liquor store, I forgot what kind of beauty it was and ended up not buying it, which I have repeated several times. Sake Bijin Oosugi ya. It has a sweet and juicy flavor and is very tasty. I don't know if it was because it was raw or not, since I haven't had the fire-brewed one. While I was drinking this, flos-san posted the exact same sake, so I'll just ignore the fact that my post stands out for its randomness 😑.

Slight sweetness and ginjo aroma. Very easy to drink 🍶😁. Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius Rice polishing ratio: Kake 60%, Koji 55 Acidity: 1.1 Sake meter: +5 to +7 Lees ratio: 43% to 45 Rice used: 100% Yamada-Nishiki, a new rice of the highest grade produced in Tojo, a special A district in Hyogo Prefecture. Price: 1,925 yen
