Business trip to Tokushima! It was my first time in Tokushima. Naruto sea bream (Naruto sea bream) drunk at "Uomainjyo-dokoro Uoya". I don't remember much about it, partly because I didn't take a picture of the label. I don't remember much about it. LOL! I'm the type of person who wants to drink a local sake, regardless of whether it's dry or not, once when traveling. I'm the type of person who wants to drink one sake when traveling 😋. By the way, this restaurant is run by a fish shop, so the fish was delicious 🐟. I was surprised to find hamo (pike conger) at both sashimi set menus and supermarkets in Tokushima! I was surprised to see hamo in the supermarket as well as in the sashimi set menus!

It is a sake brand produced by Takatsu-ku, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, to revitalize the local community. The mayor of the ward at the time wrote the characters "Takatsu" on the label 🙄. I bought it because it is dry 😏. Easy to drink and refreshing 🍶. But there is no brewery in Kawasaki City, so it is made by Ishii Brewery, the same company that makes Soga no Yugyu 👐. I have been to Ishii Brewery, so I will write more about it: ✍️❤️

Tanigawa-dake" bought at Kawaba Denen Plaza Sake degree +8 What kind of super-hot sake is this? But it has a moderate sweetness. It is very easy to drink. Personally, I think it's a "Bikuyo" or "Kodokidoue" type of sake. I love looking at local sake at souvenir shops 😏. Send your luggage home from hiking with 📦. I ended up buying two bottles of skunk cabbage even though my luggage was lighter 🎒, so I ended up going home with heavier luggage 🚅 lol

It is a one-year aged sake blended with orizake from the brewery 🍶 The name is "Ori-Ori-Ori-O". I don't drink a lot of sweet nigori, but it didn't have the sweetness characteristic of nigori at all, and seemed to have a clean, dry taste. I loved the chaser glass that the owner filled for me: ☺️ And even the appetizers were delicious 🍴! Oyaji no Kura is located at 7-1 Nagisa-machi, Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture. This is "Oyaji no Kura" at 7-1 Naginami-cho, Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture 🩷.

Sake we drank on our first long date in Atami🍶❤️ It's a dry series 🍶 born in Shizuoka Yui and the sakura shrimp label is too cute Eikun 🩷. It is a light, dry junmai sake. I remember it was about the same as Drunken Whale, but with a food sake feel 🙄 (all based on memory lol). The sashimi platter was great, and after all, sake and fish is a divine pairing, don't you think? 🐟. The tag range of the location, isn't there any at all? 7-1 Nagisa-machi, Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan This is the one we drank at Oyaji no Kura in 7-1 Nagisa-machi, Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture 😋. I just happened to walk into the place while strolling around, but I must have walked into a famous restaurant! The owner was so nice that I want you to go there...or maybe I want to go there again..,

Shizuoka-born dry series 🍶 that I compared on a business trip to Shin-Fuji. Eikun Shiboritate Junmai Namaishu is a freshly pressed, freshly squeezed, freshly squeezed sake with a muskmelon-like aroma unique to Shizuoka yeast, I remember thinking 🍈. Alcohol content: 16% [Sake meter degree: +5 But can't you add tags by yourself? 🤔 At a rice restaurant called "Kinmokusei" in Kawanarishinmachi 289, Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture 🍴❤️ The grilled swordfish was delicious 🐟!

I discovered a Fuji City-born sake in the Shizuoka-born dry series 🍶 that I compared on a business trip to Shin-Fuji 😍I remember it being a little more citrusy-sweet than my expectation of an alcohol-heavy dry sake 🙄. I remember feeling a bit of citrusy sweetness. It was paired with rice at Kinmokusei in Kawanari-Shinmachi 289, Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and it was a perfect pairing for a meal that made me feel like I was back at my parents' house 🍴.
