I got this sake from a friend in Miyagi. I had a glass of wine with it. It had a sweet mouthfeel and an elegant taste like wine. The aroma was refreshing, and I couldn't help but drink too much. Rice used ... Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio: 40%. Sake degree...+3 Acidity: 1.8 Alcohol content: 16

Again, a light sake. Thanks to the relatively low alcohol content of 14%, it was refreshing and light on the palate. I think it is good as a sake for eating. By the way, the Sanuki Kuraudei I had before was delicious on the rocks, so I tried it with this sake as well, but it was better to drink it as is (sorry). Rice used ... Dewa Sanzano Polishing ratio ... 50%. Sake degree...-2 Acidity...1.4 Alcohol content・・・14

This is a low-alcohol sake that uses three times as much koji. The alcohol content is only 6%, which is about the same as beer. We were told that it is recommended to drink it on the rocks, so we tried it right away. It's sweet and sour, with a refreshing Calpis-like taste, and it's delicious. In a good way, it was not like sake. I heard that it's also good with soda, so I'll try it next time. Rice used: Domestic rice Polishing ratio ... 70%. Sake degree...-70 Acidity...5.0 Yeast: No.9 Alcohol level...6%!

We received sashimi as a hometown tax return gift. I have to work on Monday, but I'd be doing the sashimi a disservice if I didn't drink some sake! I excused myself and had a drink (not a cup). As stated on the label, it had a gorgeous, clean and clear taste, and I got the impression that it would go well with food. No regrets about drinking it! Recommendation. Rice used: Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio ... 50%. Sake degree・・・+1(maybe) Acidity...1.6 (maybe) Alcohol Content・・・16

I often drank Hakurakusei when I was working in Sendai. This is the first time I drank this brand, but I think it is my favorite. It has an exquisite mellowness, but also a refreshing aftertaste. I wonder if it is the result of the rice polishing ratio of 29%. Rice used: Tokujyo Yamadanishiki from Tojo Akitsu in Hyogo Prefecture's Special A district. Polishing ratio ... 29%. Sake degree...+1 Acidity...1.3 Alcohol content: 16.2
